TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Coiko Trading Limited. Before engaging our services, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions. These terms outline the agreement between you (the client) and Coiko Trading Limited. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation:
To secure our services, a non-refundable booking fee is required.
Your booking is confirmed once the fee is received, and services are reserved for your specified date and time.
2. Payment and Cancellation:
Full payment is due 1 week before the event date.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the event may result in a percentage-based cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for reimbursing any expenses incurred by Coiko Trading Limited up to that point.
Payment payable to Coiko Trading Limited bank account and email the deposit slip to info@coikotrading.net
Late payment will be charged 5% interest.
Any modifications must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of client.
3. Scope of Services:
The scope of services will be outlined in a detailed contract, specifying the agreed-upon services and deliverables.
Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely responses for effective planning.
Coiko Trading Limited is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or delayed information provided by the client.
5. Force Majeure:
Coiko Trading Limited is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
6. Travel and Accommodation:
For destination weddings, the client is responsible for providing travel and accommodation for Coiko Trading Limited's team members.
Travel expenses will be outlined in the contract and agreed upon by both parties.
7. Photography and Media Release:
Coiko Trading Limited reserves the right to use photographs and media from the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
8. Confidentiality:
Coiko Trading Limited will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent.
9. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, legal action may be pursued.
